Q1: Could you please provide information on shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, or CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification. Some products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you provide samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we support smaller sample orders for initial market testing. We can offer free samples, though freight costs are covered by the client.
Q4: Can I purchase products not shown in the catalogue but similar?
Of course, you can send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Q5: Do you maintain stock for listed products? What are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payments under 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. Above 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
