The PFNA nail has a Medial-Lateral Angle of 6°, which allows insertion at the tip of the greater trochanter, ensuring optimal fit and easier surgical procedure.
The PFNA blade screw offers higher cut-out resistance than standard screws. Its 130° angle with the nail provides superior ergonomics and anchoring, especially in osteoporotic bone.
Static or dynamic locking is achieved via the aiming arm for all PFNA types. The long nail also supports secondary dynamization for improved healing.
