Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification. Some products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, for initial market testing, we accept smaller sample orders. We can offer free samples, but the freight cost is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Certainly, you can send us pictures or samples for reference. Please note this may require a longer delivery time for customization.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For accurate inventory levels, please consult our sales team.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
