What are your trading terms and payment methods?
Our payment terms include a 30% T/T deposit after confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the bill of lading or via L/C. Typical lead time is 15-25 days.
How is your after-sale service?
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt. During this period, we supply free spare parts and technical guidance. Beyond the warranty, we provide parts and guidance at cost.
