Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and an inserter. The anchor is constructed from high-grade Ti6Al4V alloy, strictly adhering to ISO5832-3:2016 requirements for medical implants.
The suture is crafted from Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) material. This non-absorbable suture is woven from multiple UHMWPE yarns without extra coating, meeting ASTM F2848-17 standards. For high visibility during surgery, blue sutures are available, dyed with FDA-approved blue material (code 73.1015).
The system's inserter is designed for precision: parts contacting the human body are made of medical-grade stainless steel (ASTM F899-12b), while the ergonomic handle is manufactured from high-quality polycarbonate and ABS material.
